Please use the public invite link given to you from your club director to purchase a membership.  This will link you directly to the club.

If you will be a Club Director, Coach, or any club staff working with Juniors you will need the club staff membership.  All club staff dealing with juniors must be IMPACT certified, passed a background screen (now yearly), and have completed their SafeSport requirement.

After you complete the membership purchase you will receive a series of emails.  The email labeled "action required" will have a series of tasks to complete.  Those must be completed before you are eligible to participate.  You can also find those tasks in your SportsEngine account.

Background Screens are now a separate purchase in the system.  If you are due for a new background screen you will see the background screen link in your "action required" email.

  • I am missing my certifications

If you are missing any certifications like IMPACT or Current Background Screening, or other information please email the region at membership@iavbreg.org so we can look into it.

If you did not put the same information when you purchased your membership that you had in the previous system (name change, address, etc) then the system will not merge your previous data with your new record.

  • How do I take my IMPACT?

Log into your SportsEngine account, click on Household, click on your profile card, click on "view details" on your membership card, and in the upper right hand corner you will find the login to the USAV Academy.

  • Why is it asking me to take SafeSport again?

SafeSport training is a yearly requirement.  After you have completed the Core Courses the yearly training is just a refresher and lasts about 15-20 minutes.  You will need to take the core course over again every four years.

  • Where can I find my membership card?

Membership cards are now digital.  They can be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay on your devices.  You may print them off from your membership details in your account.
