Online Commitment System Help

Here is some help with the OCS system.  With more regions using this system, we’ve had a few more issues than previous years with parents not receiving the offers in a timely manner.  The email providers (gmail, Hotmail, etc) each have their own email filters that may allow emails from the system to go through.   Some delay the delivery of the email, some are bouncing them all together.  Here are a couple of helpful tips to alleviate some of the issues.  Right now, a lot of issues have been with the Microsoft email addresses.

If the player is not in the system, the parents need to add their player using this link: https://iavb.vstarvolleyball.com/ocs/add_player.php.  All players that had a 25-26 membership are in the system, players with only a tryout membership are not in the system and must be added by parents.

The parents may check their email addresses to make sure it works at: https://iavb.vstarvolleyball.com/ocs/check_email.php
